INTRODUCE

This course covers the skills and knowledge needed to be an experienced master roaster.

The learning content ranges from basic knowledge of coffee beans (classification, conditions to preserve green coffee beans such as moisture, density) to some practical skills (using a roasting machine into a roaster). proficient, making roast charts).

  • How to use different types of roasting machines ( especially in Ho Chi Minh City, students will be able to use a variety of machines with automatic models of each process )

  • Know how to make detailed roasting charts, store roasting records to help control time, temperature, heat transfer, and grain development during roasting.

  • Improve roasting skills, practice roasting specialty beans ( especially in Ho Chi Minh City, you will learn to roast popular commercial coffee batches in Vietnam )

  • Improve knowledge about physical and chemical changes during roasting from green kernels.
